The Boulevardier

Like a Negroni, but with whiskey. Created during Prohibition, it was the favourite drink of an American who went to Paris and started a magazine aptly named, The Boulevardier. This classic is usually made with equal parts of three liquors, but I’ve punched up the bourbon a bit, because why not.
