The Ultimate Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1, Total Prep 5 minutes

The perfect healthy bowl. A delicious option for a sunny day or when you’re simply after something a little lighter.

Ingredients:
1 banana
Handful of frozen berries
2 tbsp yogurt (my favourite is alpro vanilla yogurt)
1/2 tbsp almond butter (my favourite is pip&nut)
1 tsp chia seeds
Half a cup coconut milk
A few fresh berries
1 tsp dessicated coconut
Handful of granola or nuts (I used homemade granola)

Method:
1. Place the banana, frozen berries, almond butter, chia seeds, coconut milk and 1.5 tbsp yogurt into a blender of food processor and blitz.
2. Finely chop the fresh berries and prepare your other toppings.
3. Pour the smoothie liquid into a bowl and top with preferred toppings - I used fresh berries, dessicated coconut, granola & swirled the remaining 1/2 tbsp of yogurt into the mixture to create a marble effect.
