The Manhattan

Ingredients:
50 ml rye whiskey (2 shots)
20 ml sweet vermouth
2 dashes angostura bitters

Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass & stir with ice until really cold.
2. Single strain into a coupette or nick and nora glass.
3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry (luxardo are the best!)
