Rocky Road with Fudge Pieces

Makes 12 Slices, Prep time 20 minutes, Cooling Time 3 hours

A no-oven-required sweet treat. This recipe uses fudge pieces, marshmallows and biscuits however it is really easy to substitute whatever you want into the recipe - nuts, dried fruit & rice bubbles work well too.

Ingredients:
150g dark chocolate
150g milk chocolate
125g butter
4 tbsp golden syrup
225g biscuits
100g marshmallows
100g fudge pieces

Method:
1. Melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter and golden syrup slowly in a saucepan (on very low heat).
2. Roughly break up the biscuits (I used digestives but lotus biscuits or rich tea work well too) and place in a separate bowl. Halve the marshmallows and place in the same bowl, along with the fudge pieces too.
3. Mix the dry ingredients with the chocolatey mixture.
4. Line an 8 inch baking tray with some baking paper and spread the mixture evenly across the tin. Place in the fridge to set for approx 3 hours.
5. Cut into 12 slices and keep in a cool, dry spot.
